I was cleaning my room the other day and I discovered, wedged in an old book, something I wrote in second grade. I don’t remember a lot from back then, but I definitely remembered this incident. We were drawing pictures in class and I, being the delinquent second grader I was back then, couldn’t think of anything so I just drew exactly what this kid who sat next to me drew. I remember this because I got in trouble and almost cried and stuff. The teacher made me write an essay about how it’s wrong to plagiarize artwork. I have been speaking English for about half a year, so the task seemed pretty daunting (also an entire paragraph! Oh man!).
The entire incident reminds me of another plagarism incident that has been going on in the ‘sphere lately. So without further ado, a modified version of the oldest surviving composition ever written by kevo, to report current events.
an american company whos name is radical publcishing said its not drawring the commic called incarnate anymore. they arent’ doing it because they said the drawer is copying pictures from another book called bleach, who is drawn by Tite kubo. Tite is mad becasue someone is drawing his picturs he made up himself and not saying he did it. Its bad because you shudent draw other peopels pictures becuase they made it an you didnt. You have to make you’re own pictures when you make drawings or else you will get in trobble. because the teacher is can see that the picture isnt yourse so shell make you draw your own new picture. Titie kubo is probablely very mad because taking other peoples piictures without telling is like stealing. except not pencils and stuff but work.
