On Tuesday, June 1st, my fellow Dasaku blogger Tiamat’s Disciple passed away after a long and hard fight with cancer. Though we seldom corresponded, I greatly appreciated his well written posts and honest passion towards manga. More often than not, a few of the most recent posts in the Dasaku RSS would be his; he was a diligent writer who updated frequently. I wish I had reached out and gotten to know him better, but alas now it is too late.
I mourn the loss of Francis and send my deepest condolences to his family and friends. We at Dasaku and the blogging family have lost something very dear.
