Last week’s results, about the Anime Power Rankings

Thermae Romae, a show that all of you need to go watch right now, and Hyouge Mono concluded this week. Thermae Romae is the first non-full length anime to make it into the Anime Power Rankings. It’s smart and entertaining, and while it’s partially lacking in substance, it’s both funny and educational! (kinda)

Nisemonogatari is glorious as always, while Natsume Yuujinchou keeps on delivering one powerful episode after another with the same quality of atmospheric and emotional bundle that it’s best known for. Ano Natsu in particular left quite a mark with its third episode revealing the love polygon. This is that deciding episode, where you are invested enough to continue watching or leave it altogether, not feeling connected. Nichibros is going steady rather than strong, I’d like more scary stories from the trio and more laughs like the first episode. InuxBoku got a bonus chance with a sweet ditty this week because Chihayafuru ended up trolling us with a recap.
